This workshop is a hands-on workshop in which you will design and build an amazing Web 2.0 website from start to finish and also be shown how to maintain and add pages and information.
This workshop is for any business owner, regardless of computer experience. If you can use a word processor to type a letter, you can build a website.
You will be shown how to use an industry leading tool like WordPress to create and manage your very own website and blog.
You will learn first hand from two of New England’s leading Web Design Professionals that specialize in building easy to maintain websites for clients around the US and Canada.

What is required to attend…
- A passion for learning. We will be teaching you the “tricks of the trade” and empowering you to build your own business or personal website.
- Bring your laptop computer with wireless internet access. If you don’t have a laptop, we can get you a loaner for as low as $50. We advise bringing your own because we will be giving you software and links that you’ll want to keep on your computer.
- Bring photos, logos, and information about your company; preferably electronically. We probably won’t have time in this workshop to scan photos and you don’t want to spend your time typing in the content for your website if you can copy and paste it from a Word document or an email.
- Bring an idea for a domain name. We’ll discuss the best names to use and during lunch we’ll register names and associate them with your website.

The cost of the workshop is $499. You will be billed only $499 now and if you decide to keep your site hosted with us you will be billed an additional $150/year for hosting and email service starting one calendar year after the workshop. The first year of hosting is FREE with the workshop.
